Monthly AWS Financial Report Improvements

We added two new improvements to our Monthly AWS Financial Report:

  1. Executive Summary: This new sheet provides a concise, high-level overview of the most significant changes in your monthly AWS expenses.
  2. Total AWS Costs excluding Marketplace Costs: A new column has been introduced in the “Overview” sheet, presenting your total bill excluding AWS Marketplace costs.

ZeroWaste New Redshift Policy

With our newly launched Trusted Advisor integration for ZeroWaste, we now show all underutilized Redshift clusters that may benefit from a review:

Do you have suggestions on new cost-saving policies we should add to ZeroWaste? We would love to hear from you! We’re always adding new policies based on user requests and feedback.

What’s Next:

  • Daily Cost Report Flexibility and Customization: We plan to introduce new settings that allow users to send out fully customizable reports. For instance, users can create and dispatch daily cost reports that show only specific products or graphs of their choice.

CloudForecast Pro Tip of the Month

Shareable Dashboard Links: Did you know that most of our Dashboard links, such as those for CloudForecast’s AWS Cost Detective Tool, are shareable?

Additionally, if a filter is applied, these are unique links that will direct users to the precise view you are examining, greatly simplifying the process of investigating AWS costs.

This is the same for our “Why?” Feature, Tagging Center Dashboards, or ZeroWaste Reports!

This is a unique and shareable link!

As always, if you have any follow-up questions or feedback, feel free to reach out.
