Within the Settings menu in CloudForecast, there are three areas to navigate to from here:

  1. AWS Credentials
  2. Billing
  3. Profile

AWS Credentials

AWS Configuration

Account Setup in the dashboard is where you can change your AWS Access Key, AWS Secret Key and/or AWS Bucket. Unless you made significant changes in your AWS settings, we do not recommend editing this after initial setup to prevent service interruption.

Graph Access Configuration

Within your daily AWS cost email reports, you are able to dive into each category cost further and pull up an interactive external graph. With these interactive graphs, you have the ability to make them private or share the graph with your teammates with a unique secure URL generated after the graph pulls up (public).

Billing

Payment information in the dashboard is an area where you can view your existing Credit Card being utilized for our services OR if you like to add a new card for for billing.

To Add a New Card:

  1. Click Payment Information
  2. Click “Add New Card”. An Credit Card form should pop up
  3. Enter your Card Number, Expiration Date and CVV
  4. Press “Save Changes”

Profile

The profile section in the dashboard is where you can change your account email, change your password or cancel your account.

To change your email:

  1. Click on “Profile” on the left tab.
  2. In the email field, enter in a new email that you want to be associated to your account.
  3. In the “Current Password” field, enter in your current password for confirmation and security purposes.
  4. Press “Save Changes”

To change your password:

  1. Click on “Profile” on the left tab.
  2. Under Password, enter in your New Password
  3. Enter your password again in Confirm New Password field.
  4. In the “Current Password” field, enter in your current password for confirmation and security purposes.
  5. Press Save

To cancel your account:

  1. Click on “Profile” on the left tab.
  2. Click on “Cancel My Account”
  3. Fill out the typeform survey and we will get back to you ASAP
